Establishment and publication of the "Corporate Governance Policy"

Kubota Corporation (Head Office: Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Director: Yuichi Kitao; hereinafter "Kubota") has established and published the "Corporate Governance Policy."
This policy is based on the Kubota's views and policies on corporate governance and is formulated after deliberation by the Board of Directors. Kubota will endeavor to continuously review and improve its corporate governance by the Board of Directors and utilize this policy in dialogues with stakeholders.
