Release of the Kubota Group Integrated Report and ESG Report 2024

The Kubota Corporation (Head Office: Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Director: Yuichi Kitao; hereinafter “Kubota”) has released the 2024 Kubota Group Integrated Report and ESG Report.
The Kubota Group Integrated Report shares the Kubota Group’s approach and future prospects for the sustainable creation of corporate value in line with management strategies that take a medium- to long-term perspective. This year’s report includes a greater depth and breadth of content than last year. Specifically, in response to feedback we gained from shareholders and investors, the report discloses some targets of materiality, and the concrete progress made towards realizing the Long-Term Vision “GMB2030.”
The Kubota Group ESG Report discloses how we are promoting ESG management, which is core to Kubota’s corporate management, and the 2023 results of our initiatives to realize a sustainable society.
The Kubota Group will continue to promote ESG management and disclose information to all of our stakeholders through an open and transparent approach in an effort to build relationships that allow us to gain their empathy and participation.
