The food and agriculture built by our predecessors have been passed down to the present,
sustaining life.
We, too, must pass the baton to the future.
By representing the transitions of food from Society 1.0 to 4.0 in the form of bento meals, we visually convey the evolution of food and society, changes in values, and the cultural, lifestyle, agricultural, and food system backgrounds of each era.

In the world of Society 5.0, what will be needed to deliver happy food to all the people of the world in an earth-friendly way? Visitors will see a multi-ending interactive story where future food and agriculture will be created by the selections of the players at the venue.

Study Exhibition

A platform robot of the future that performs all required tasks in agriculture and a wide range of other fields fully autonomously.
From traditional farming operations to precision tasks utilizing robotic technology, manual labor that remains prevalent today, and even civil engineering and construction work, these robots can be fitted with different implements and attachments to handle these tasks, all without human intervention.
As the agricultural workforce continues to decline at an ever-increasing pace, this next-generation platform robot will pave the way for planetary-conscious farming to protect the future of food production.

“Fully autonomous” robots that efficiently handles tasks at every stage of farming, from tilling to harvesting.
It can change its form according to the task at hand, making it suitable for use across various types of farming operations.

Multi-purpose
friendly robot(Versatile platform robot Type: S)

“Assistant” robots equipped with a powerful drive train, allowing it to work in place of people even in mountainous terrain and other rugged areas.
By maintaining a level deck, it aids in the transportation of cargo and other tasks that demand high precision.

A “control” system that operates multiple agricultural robots in groups according to the scale of the farm and the task at hand.
This system efficiently manages everything, from continuous operations to complex tasks.

Nurturing robot(Seedling selection robot / Pollination robot)

“Nurturing” robots that appropriately selects easy-to-grow seedlings
according to the local climate and soil conditions. It also handles crop pollination automatically.

A “water management” system that automatically controls water usage on
farms according to weather and growing conditions.

An “assessment” system that automatically analyzes when crops are ready to be harvested. It also calculates the time it takes for the produce to
reach consumers and determines when crops should be harvested so they can be enjoyed at peak freshness and flavor.

A “power generation” system that uses the power of microorganisms in the
soil to generate electricity. The energy generated can be used to charge agricultural robots and other machines and equipment or even be used to supply power to surrounding areas.

Farm watcher(Analytical monitoring drone)

An “observation and analysis” system that captures highly detailed images of farms and analyzes crop growth conditions. Based on the images it captures, the drone provides advice on growth and production for the entire farm.

An “advice” system that analyzes and digitizes farm soil conditions and
provides suggestions for cultivating the soil to facilitate crop growth.

We hold the seeds of tomorrow.

Vegetables. Rice. Wheat. Even if their seeds are sown one day, they won’t yield a harvest the next. The same is true for agriculture, which cannot be perfected overnight. It faces a variety of challenges, including climate change and food issues. But today, we hold
the seeds needed to overcome
these obstacles and create a better future.

To help these seeds grow,
we need to keep learning.
Human beings have always
developed solutions,
improved technologies, and supported
the circle of life.
Now, we must consider
what we can do today
for the future of the
Earth and humanity,
then put that into practice,
one step at a time.

To eat is to live, and to raise crops is to nurture life itself. That’s why what we do
today nurtures the lives
of those in future generations who are
yet to come.
