Eligibility: The Kubota Lubricant Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of July 2, 2012. Officers, directors and employees of Kubota Tractor Corporation (“Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, parent company, affiliates, distributors, divisions and advertising and promotional agencies involved in the development, administration and execution of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings and spouse of each) and members of the household of each such employee (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on July 2, 2012 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on August 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

There are two ways to enter: 1.) Receive an access code (while supplies last) when you purchase any Kubota Lubricant, Kubota Antifreeze or Kubota Diesel Fuel Treatment at a participating Kubota dealer during the Sweepstakes Period, then enter by completing the entry form at www.kubota.com/lubricantsweepstakes/default.asp. You must include your name, address, phone number, date of birth, email address and the access code you received with your qualifying purchase. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on August 31, 2012. OR 2.) Enter without a purchase by mailing a 3½-inch by 5-inch index card in an envelope with your name, address, phone number and email address to: Kubota Lubricant Sweepstakes, PO Box 5047, Clinton, IA 52730. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2012, and received by September 7, 2012. Limit one entry per person and per household, regardless of method of entry. Any person submitting multiple entries will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

Drawing: A random computer drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by Promotion Fulfillment Center, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, on or about September 15, 2012.

Fifty (50) Fifth Prize winners will receive a Flash Drive with an approximate value of $20.00. Twenty (20) Sixth Prize winners will receive a 12-in-1 Multi-Purpose Folding Tool with an approximate value of $19.99. One-Hundred (100) Seventh Prize winners will receive a Kubota hat with an approximate value of $8.00. Fifty (50) Eighth Prize winners will receive a Kubota tumbler with an approximate value of $6.50. Fifty (50) Ninth Prize winners will receive a Wheel Spinner with an approximate value of $14.65. Seventy-Five (75) Tenth Prize winners will receive a pair of Men’s Large-size sued cowhide-lined gloves with an approximate value of $15.35. Five-Hundred and Seventy-Five (575) Eleventh Prize winners will receive a Kubota RTV Pull Back Toy with an approximate value of $4.95. Fifty (50) Twelfth Prize winners will receive a Magnetic Tray with an approximate retail value of $3.99. Total approximate retail value of prizes is $16,388.50. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected entrants must meet all of the eligibility requirements and comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Sweepstakes Rules, and winning a prize is contingent upon meeting all such eligibility requirements and complying with all such terms and conditions.

Winner Notification/Verification: Potential Grand and First prize winners will be notified by telephone via the number provided within 5 business days of the drawing to confirm that the potential winners are interested in accepting the prize. In the event that winner cannot be reached after three attempts, and does not respond within 3 days of the final attempt at notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Upon receiving confirmation that a potential winner would like to accept the prize, the potential winner will be mailed an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Each potential winner must fill out and sign the affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, confirming compliance with the Sweepstakes Rules and releasing Kubota Tractor Corporation, its affiliates, authorized dealers and advertising and promotional agencies from all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes. Potential winners must return the completed documents to the Sponsor within 14 business days from the date the documents are sent or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Second through Twelfth Prizes will be shipped to winners to the address provided within 30 business days of date of the random drawing. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, incomplete, destroyed, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify selected entrants. If any prize documents or prizes are returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The right to the prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged and has no cash surrender value in whole or in part. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes or any portion thereof for a prize of at least equal value in the event of unavailability, or for any reason whatsoever. The value of the prize may be taxable as income; winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. All taxes, fees, duties and surcharges on the prize and/or the redemption thereof are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Winners must also complete a W9 form in order for Sponsor to generate required tax documents. Conditions of Entry: Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor, should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
