Kubota Cares
Initiatives and Organizations Supported by Kubota

Kubota Tractor Corporation is about far more than creating innovative products that exceed customer expectations. Our corporate philosophy is about investing in the communities where our customers, employees and dealers live and work by supporting programs to assist people who work with and shape the earth in ways that help their communities thrive. Each day, Kubota employees and our network of more than 1,100 dealers strive to enrich the well-being of our communities. These are some of the organizations we support:

Farmer Veteran Coalition
Through its Geared to Give program, Kubota Tractor Corporation supports the Farmer Veteran Coalition in its mission to cultivate a new generation of farmers and food leaders by developing viable employment and meaningful career opportunities for veterans of all branches. By collaborating with the farming and military communities, FVC mobilizes veterans to feed America with the belief that food production offers purpose and opportunities. Kubota proudly offers equipment and funding support to veterans in FVC's Fellowship Program, which assists them with resources to return to or begin a new career in food and farming. Future Farmers of America (FFA)

Kubota supports the National FFA Organization’s mission to prepare future generations for the challenges of feeding a growing population. FFA was founded as "Future Farmers of America” by a group of young farmers in 1928. It teaches us that agricultureis more than planting and harvesting crops – it is a science, a business and an art. Through Kubota’s financial support of FFA programs, we are helping to ensure a bright future for the next generation of young agriculture leaders. Click here to learn more about FFA's programs.

American Farm Bureau Federation's Young Farmer and Rancher Award Program

Kubota has a proud history of supporting the American Farm Bureau Federationand its Young Farmer and Rancher Award Program. This program provides leadership opportunities and resources that support young farmers, ranchers and agriculture professionals as they develop into the industry’s future leaders. Open to men and women ages 18-35, the program is designed to recognize young farmers and ranchers who excel in their farming or ranching operations and exhibit outstanding leadership abilities. Each year, Kubota donates 250 hours of free tractor use to outstanding young farmers in select states to help them to continue pursuing their dreams on the farm.

Progressive Agriculture Foundation, Safety Days Program

Kubota is committed to the safe operation of all the tractors, utility vehicles, construction and turf equipment we market. That is why we support The Progressive Agriculture Foundation and their mission to provide education and training to make farm, ranch and rural life safer and healthier for children and their families. Each year, the Progressive Agriculture Safety Days® program reaches more than 80,000 children and adults across the country with hands-on safety training.

Our financial sponsorship and support of this program helps us keep our long-standing promise to protect our customers’ safety with more than innovative product design. Click here for more information about getting involved in the Progressive Agriculture Safety Days® events planned in your area.
