Kubota Cares
Kubota Tractor Corporation is about far more than creating innovative products that exceed customer expectations. Our corporate philosophy is about investing in the communities where our customers, employees and dealers live and work by supporting programs for children and adults that instill respect for each other, the land and our environment.
Each day, Kubota employees and our network of more than 1,100 dealers strive to enrich the well-being of our communities. And at the heart of how Kubota cares is our passion for the efforts of programs such as the National FFA Organization and the Progressive Agriculture Foundation and their Progressive Agriculture Safety Days® program.

Agriculture Education for Future Generations
Kubota supports the National FFA Organization’s mission to prepare future generations for the challenges of feeding a growing population. FFA was founded as "Future Farmers of America” by a group of young farmers in 1928 and teaches us that agriculture is more than planting and harvesting crops – it is a science, a business and an art.
Through Kubota’s financial support of FFA programs, we are helping to ensure the next generation of young agriculture leaders has a bright future.

Safe Use of Farm Equipment for All
At Kubota, we are committed to the safe operation of all the tractors, utility vehicles, construction and turf equipment we market. That is why we support The Progressive Agriculture Foundation and their mission to provide education and training to make farm, ranch and rural life safer and healthier for children and their families. Each year, the Progressive Agriculture Safety Days® program reaches more than 60,000 children and adults across the country with hands-on safety training.
Through our financial sponsorship and dedicated volunteer efforts from employees and dealers, our support of this program helps us keep our long-standing promise to protect our customers’ safety with more than innovative product design.

America’s Young People Learning Leadership, Citizenship and Life Skills
Kubota proudly supports 4-H, the largest youth development organization, in reaching more than 6.5 million young people with hands-on learning experiences. 4-H’s mission is to develop leadership, citizenship and life skills in three key areas: healthy living, citizenship and science.
With the help of partners like Kubota, 4-H is building revolutionary opportunities and community-wide change in rural farming communities, as well as urban neighborhoods and suburban schoolyards, across the country. Visit 4-H for more information on the organization in your community.

Young Farmers Expanding Opportunities in Agriculture
Kubota has a proud history of supporting the American Farm Bureau Young Farmer Award Program in providing leadership opportunities and resources that support young farmers, ranchers and agriculture professionals as they develop into the industry’s future leaders. The program, for men and women ages 18-35, is designed to recognize young farmers and ranchers who excel in their farming or ranching operations and exhibit outstanding leadership abilities.
